Decal Application Instructions
Clean the surface: Thoroughly clean the surface with rubbing alcohol to remove dust, dirt, or grime. Avoid cleaners like Windex, which leave residue. Freshly painted walls need 1-2 months to cure before applying decals.
Prepare the decal: For larger Decals consider using a decal applicator available for $3. This helps remove creases, air bubbles, and wrinkles efficiently. For best results, use firm, even strokes from the center outward.
If your decal has wrinkles: Lay it flat and smooth it out with your hands or a squeegee. The vinyl is very good quality and will flatten out easily in the vast majority of cases, even when wrinkled in shipping.
Position the decal: Place the decal on the surface where you want it. For precise placement, measure and mark the area using a tape measure. Centering the decal is common, but an off-center placement can create a unique design.
Apply the decal: Peel off the backing and press the decal firmly onto the surface. Use the squeegee to smooth it out, working from the center outward in all directions. Apply steady pressure to ensure strong adhesion and to eliminate air bubbles.
Remove the protective cover: Once the decal is firmly applied and smooth, carefully peel off the top protective layer to reveal the design.

Position the Decal

Apply the Decal
Carefully peel the backing from the decal. Begin applying it to the wall starting at one corner or edge, gently pressing it onto the surface. Smooth the decal as you go using your hands or a squeegee to remove any air bubbles.
Final Adjustments
Once the decal is fully applied, press firmly over its entire surface to ensure strong adhesion. Check for any edges or bubbles and smooth them out for a professional finish.

Is there a limit on how long each line is?
You can add up to 60 characters per line.
How tall (height) are the letters?
For custom text, the height of the letters will depend on the font selected and the number of characters. If you let us know the exact text you had in mind as well as the font and length we will send a total size right over :)
How can I make sure my decal has a specific height of letters?
To ensure your letters are exactly , say 3 inches tall, leave a note during checkout specifying the letter height you need. Be sure to select a decal size that can accommodate your text with the desired letter height. For example, fitting a full sentence with 3-inch letters might not work within a 12-inch decal size.
